  I bought a Chinese chain saw from these guys. The service was first rate. They responded quickly to my inquiry about fitting alternative chains.
  I was skeptical the the saw would be cheap rubbish.....it was only £85 and supplied with many extras.
  It was received soon after the order and delivered by a reputable carrier.
  The handbook was clearly and concisely written. Not a crazy Chinese translation.
  I have used the saw for a month of daily work. I had several huge blackthorn trees which I have logged up. This wood is very hard but the saw cut through it like a hot knife through butter. The "cheap" chain has not yet needed resharpening. I now have a ton of logs in my barn.
  Best of all is the easy start spring assist feature. I have seen this before on £400 + machines. It makes starting so easy. I am an old guy and past being able to heave on a starting cord. One gentle pull is all that is required. It always starts first pull.
  To sum up. A great product at a bargain price and a company giving first rate service. Thanks guys.

  I found this company by chance online when searching for a replacement air compressor for home, hobby use. I had questions about what I saw on their website so I posted an enquiry and received very prompt and helpful replies. I posted my order with them and the product arrived very quickly. Once it arrived I had another question and that too was handled very well and quickly. It's almost as good as going into an old-fashioned hardware, tool shop where you can ask questions and get answers on the spot. I'll be back.
